Shipping policy
As soon as the order is registered, MIB will send the customer a confirmation email summarizing the order (products, prices, product availability, quantities, etc.). To this end, the customer formally accepts the use of electronic mail to confirm the contents of his/her order.
Products ordered will be sent to the address indicated by the customer during the ordering process. MIB cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Any parcel returned to the seller because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped at the buyer's expense. Delivery is deemed to have taken place as soon as the products have been handed over to the customer by the carrier, as evidenced by the control system used by the latter.
Delivery via Mondial Relay to mainland France is free of charge. Home delivery is available via La Poste for a charge of nine (9) euros in mainland France. For home deliveries via La Poste or Chronopost, if the addressee is absent at the time of our transport provider's visit, the parcel will be dropped off at a relay point close to the delivery address. The customer will be able to collect the parcel within 10 working days on presentation of proof of identity and, in the case of home delivery, the delivery notice. At the end of this period, unclaimed parcels will be returned to the sender. MIB declines all responsibility for delays in deliveries caused by the absence of the recipient of the parcel or his failure to collect it within the time limit set for this purpose.
MIB also offers Express delivery in France (Chrono 18 via Chronopost) at the customer's expense for certain orders. If this service is offered, it is visible during the order process. The cost of Express delivery is nineteen (19) euros and is indicated in the shopping basket before validation. Orders placed before 1pm on working days are dispatched the same day.
Deliveries via Mondial Relay to Belgium and Luxembourg are free of charge. Deliveries to French overseas departments and territories and Europe are at the customer's expense up to a maximum of nineteen (19) euros.

Delivery times are indicated when the order is placed and may not exceed thirty (30) days. These are indicative times, expressed in working days, and correspond to average processing and delivery times. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product sheet at the time of purchase, and in the order confirmation e-mail.
MIB cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in delivery which is not its fault or which is due to an act of force majeure.
In the event of late delivery in relation to the date indicated in the dispatch email, please report the delay by sending an email to bonjour@lebeaujean.fr. The Le Beau Jean team will then contact the carrier to start an investigation. A postal investigation can take up to 21 days from the date the investigation begins. If the product is found during this period, it will be sent to your home address immediately (in most cases). If, on the other hand, the product is not found within the 21-day investigation period, the post office considers the parcel lost. Only then will a replacement product be sent to the customer, at MIB's expense. If the product(s) ordered are no longer available at this time, we will reimburse you for the amount of the products affected by the carrier's loss.
Upon receipt of the products, the customer must check the condition of the packaging and report any damage due to the carrier on the delivery slip, as well as to MIB, within three (3) days by sending an e-mail to bonjour@lebeaujean.fr.
At the customer's request, an invoice can be sent to the billing address and not to the delivery address.
